Here's one of my fave quotes. Hope you like it!

SUMMER GREETINGS -- Voiceover, Life and all!
SUMMER GREETINGS -- Voiceover, Life and all! magnify
A giant hug and hello to all my 360 cyber mates!

Been quite a long time, but just wanted to keep in touch. What have you all been up to? I did a Japanese-language voiceover gig lately, took some great classes, have been auditioning like mad & having a great time networking here and there. So many good peeps around.

AND, want to start on a summer jewelry line. Looks like I'd better get on it soon, or it'll be the Autumn collection!

Hope the summer's good to you. Wishing you lots of happiness and prosperity in your life and work!

Cheers....

SPRING SNOW

It's a snowy morning here in England. Just last week, it was so hot I could almost wear short sleeves and today....Br-r-r-r-r-r!

I've been reading a great book lately called the greatest personal success tips in the World, by Brian Larcher. Here are what he says are the 9 keys to Personal Power.
  1. Positive
  2. Persuasive
  3. Patient
  4. Precise
  5. Polite
  6. Planned
  7. Prepared
  8. Punctual
  9. Practical

Here's another tip and I quote:

"We hold the key to the size of our solutions. We are like goldfish which are given the ability to choose the size of the bowl in which to live. The size of our vision determines the scope of our world. Confining thoughts result in restrictive failure and expansive thoughts result in achievement beyond our wildest dreams."

This is a good book because you don't have to read it straight through. Just pick it up and read whenever you want!

All for now...Happy Sunday!

What's New? Been Crafting and been to India!
What's New? Been Crafting and been to India! magnify

Hi gang!

Here's a piccie of my newest product in my little ebay shop. http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Shimmering-Stones-Handmade-Jewelry

It's a paper craft kit for kids called Kiddie Collage - paper art kits for children.

I put all kinds of interesting papers and other 3-D goodies in it (each one is a bit different), so that the girls and boys can have fun making their own paper art piccies. One of my clients wanted to work with her daughter on a collage of the Welsh flag, so I had fun selecting green, red and white papers for her kit. It's really fun to be useful to others through crafts. I love it!

AND...

We went India over the New Year's holidays, but I'm just getting a chance to post some piccies. Here they come!

This is a tea plantation. Can you imagine, all of this tea is picked by hand! We bought some back, and it is so good. Way better than store bought tea. I guess because it was freshlly picked.

It was so hot there. Over 100 degrees. We found this really cool cafe (they had those kind of ceiling fans), so we hung out there a lot. You can see how bright the sun is just shining through the door.

They do love their cinema over there. There were so many cars, bikes, etc. Busy, busy, busy...Crossing the street was a major adventure. We had to plan it!

We went for auyervedic treatments on this island. This is the view from the doctor's balcony!

If you go to India, take care to get your shots before you go and always drink unopened bottled water (or boiled, cooled water).

Bye for now everyone!

Happy Hols guys...I'm still joyfully crafting for Christmas!

Happy Hols gang...hope all your dreams for 2007 are coming true.

2008 is just around the corner, so we get a chance to start working our way up to the next rung of the success ladder!

Wishing you love and blessings and all good things, in the weeks ahead.

I've been busy crafting my little heart out making charm bracelets like the one below, kiddie paper art kits, kiddie beading kits, and other interesting & fun stuff!

They're in my little ebay store:

BY THE WAY, just bought the motivational CD by Louise L. Hay called,

Self-Esteem Affirmations

It's fantastic...and you don't have to be down in the dumps to listen to it either. I think it makes good, inspirational, listening anytime. Really nice, calm music too!

Cheers & Gratitude!
